The shingle style home needed an inviting approach which was in scale to the house. Adding a curved irregular flagstone from the driveway and a secondary narrow walkway along the house provided the curb appeal and the proper paths for good circulation. A soft planting of ornamental grasses and exuberant perennials makes for year-round interest in the garden.

An Ipe deck with cable railings was added to the back of the house with a great view of the back garden.
